The best screen resolution setting is 1024x768 with Internet Explorer 6 and above.  Netscape can be a problem  - best use something else.

With a genuine 2Megabit/S broadband link you should be able to stream the very high quality 1.5MB/S version of the video - otherwise you can download it and view later or stream the smaller 350kB/S WMV version or the 500kB/S REAL version.

The videos should automatically open the Real or Windows Media players and you may need to wait a while on a slower connection.
